- Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Perform research at a supervisor's request
- Assist in outreach and recruitment efforts
- Assist in providing overall program support and coordination
Operations support including administrative and communications efforts - Participate in other projects as the opportunity arises
- Assist with website building / social media posts (facebook, linkedin, HRIS homepage, etc.)
- Assist with recording, editing and marketing company podcast
- Assist with intakes and outreach
- A final year student or recent graduate
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- Cope well under pressure
