Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented salesperson. This role is focused on helping generate more appointments, increasing show rates, and maximizing sales opportunities through strong follow-up and organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead & Sales Support
- Work directly with the sales team to manage and prioritize incoming internet leads.
- Ensure hot leads and same-day opportunities are handled quickly.
- Assist with follow-up efforts to increase appointment show rates and sales conversions.
- Help reactivate older leads to create new sales opportunities.
2. Daily Task & Appointment Management
- Review and perform daily AI-generated tasks.
- Confirm and update appointment statuses (Confirmed, Rescheduled, No Show, Sold).
- Follow up on overdue tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed.
3. System & CRM Accuracy
- Keep lead records clean and up to date.
- Ensure all call outcomes and customer updates are properly logged.
- Maintain accurate reporting for management.
- Sales-minded and results-driven
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM and AI systems
- Motivated to help the team sell more vehicles
