Responsibilities- Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
- Lead and train staff in providing exceptional customer service.
- Oversee store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
- Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to provide high-level service and train staff.
- Preferred merchandise knowledge in apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and athletics.
- Availability to work any hours the store is open.
