Key Team Leader (Key Holder)
Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. We have over 250 stores in more than 25 states, from Maryland to Montana.
We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
- Good merchandising skills.
- Strong desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise discount.
- Flexible scheduling.
