Cross-Departmental Support:

• Move between departments to provide essential support and ensure efficient workflows.
• Assist in various production tasks, adapting to different roles and responsibilities as required.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for operational improvements and implement solutions.

Production Process Assistance:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards by assisting in quality control checks and monitoring product specifications.

Equipment and Materials Handling:

• Operate and maintain production equipment under supervision, performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to support production continuity.
• Help organize and maintain production areas to foster a safe and efficient work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Crosstrain on various positions and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement training.

Qualifications:

Education &

Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and understanding of production processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks and technologies.

Work Ethic &

Physical Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production.

Communication & Teamwork:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Demonstrated positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:
