Clear View Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman-owned commercial cleaning company expanding throughout Mid Michigan. This is an opening for night work in the FENTON area, roughly 7 pm - 1 am, weekends required. This can be coupled with additional hours outside of Fenton.

Cleaning/Janitorial Technician

As a Cleaning Technician, here’s a short list of what you’d be doing:

• Gather, empty trash, and replace liners in trash bins.
• Clean floors and baseboards by sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming.
• Dust vents, office furniture, equipment, sills, wall-mounted objects, etc., per schedule.
• Keep areas stocked with supplies; paper products, soaps, etc.
• Clean and sanitize areas such as restrooms, exam rooms, offices, break rooms, etc.
• Clean high-touch points such as glass, chrome fixtures, phones, etc.
• Request supplies as needed.
• Keep janitor storage area clean.
• Keep buildings secure by locking doors and turning on/off alarm systems.
• Notify manager when a building needs minor repairs.
• Specific cleaning requirements will be detailed for each location.

• Saturday and Sunday
• Night Shift
• On Call
