As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.

$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment.
- Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
