What We Offer- Onboarding Incentive.
- COVID Pay: Additional $3.20 per hour.
- Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts starting at 3:00 PM or later.

- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Record and report on client progress and behavior data.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Completion of onboarding documents.
- Resume.
- Up-to-date negative TB test.
- Credentialing documentation (per state requirements).
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (must provide transcripts)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work setting.
