4 On / 4 Off (Days) | 06:00 am – 18:00 pm

The Duty Manager oversees day-to-day transport operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include route planning, driver and vehicle management, compliance oversight, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive approach to logistics.

• Route Planning:
  Optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Driver Management:
  Assign routes, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
• Communication:
  Act as the primary contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure adherence to transport regulations and safety standards.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Schedule servicing, PMIs, ये & MOTs with VMU.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain delivery records, prepare transport documents, and generate operational reports.
• Team Supervision:
  Support and manage transport staff, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a transport/logistics duty manager role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in TMS cubes GPS tracking and MS Office.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

• HGV license.
• Advanced software skills.
