The Role
Working closely with the Head of Education, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership to an established education team. You’ll drive high standards of teaching and learning, support learners with complex needs, and ensure education provision raises confidence, wellbeing and long-term employability.

* Proven leadership and team development capability
