As Ocean Export Operator
, you will manage export shipments from start to finish, ensuring efficient routing, accurate documentation and strong client communication.

• Manage ocean export shipments end‑to‑end
• Arrange bookings with carriers and hauliers
• Route planning for overseas transport
• Negotiate rates while protecting margin
• Update shipment milestones accurately
• Raise quotations promptly and competitively
• Invoice in line with agreed credit terms
• Process purchase invoices and associated costs
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations

• Proven experience within ocean export freight forwarding
• Strong industry knowledge and commercial awareness
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident client communication skills
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of customs and compliance
• UK Resident with right to work in the UK
• Driver with own transport desirable
