Transport Operator - Container Operations.

Location:

Felixstowe. Salary:
Up to £45,000 + Electric Company Car. Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

• Coordinate and manage daily container transport operations across UK ports and distribution hubs
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Monitor transport schedules, resolve delays, and optimize routing for cost-effectiveness
• Maintain compliance with transport regulations and company policies
• Use transport management systems to track shipments and update records accurately
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and fleet performance

• Proven experience in container transport operations (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK port systems and haulage logistics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in transport management software and Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
