Mechanical Trailer Technician/Fitter

Location:

Felixstowe Suffolk

Salary/Rate: £15 per hour to 15 per our (31k to £33 k plus overtime)

40 hour weeks

Monday to Friday hour per week

Every other sat 8am to 12 noon paid as overtime

Plus occasional planned rota call out once a month paid £100

About the role

As our Trailer Technician/ Fitter you play a vital part of our operation, you will engage in a variety of tasks from routine maintenance to challenging roadside repairs, ensuring our clients’ trailers are always in top condition. Whether you’re servicing on-site or preparing trailers for MOT, your work will directly impact our unmatched service quality.

Other key duties include:

· Cover on-site servicing and handle breakdowns as needed.

· Prepare trailers for MOT in our well-equipped workshop.

· Attend to roadside breakdowns and perform repairs/servicing at customer sites.

· Conduct quayside trailer checks and repairs.

· Uphold our rigorous Health and Safety standards.

· Demonstrate efficiency, promptness, and responsibility in all tasks.
