About the Role

We are looking for a caring, dedicated Registered Nurse to join our elderly care home team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and medical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide clinical nursing care to elderly residents

* Administer medication and treatments safely

* Develop, review, and update care plans

* Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes

* Lead and support care staff on shift

* Maintain accurate clinical records

* Communicate effectively with families, GPs, and other professionals

* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and care home policies

Essential Requirements

* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN

* Experience in elderly care or care home setting

* Excellent clinical and communication skills

* Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach

* Right to work in the UK

Desirable

* Experience with dementia care

* Medication management and wound care experience

* Leadership or shift-lead experience
