Felixstowe (5 days onsite with some flexibility)

£40,000 per annum

An established and growing logistics business is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team at its Felixstowe site. This position would suit a commercially minded accountant who is comfortable working onsite, building strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders, and producing clear, actionable financial insight.

• Producing monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reporting
• Delivering variance analysis, commentary and performance insights
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support decision‑making
• Analysing costs and margins within a fast‑moving environment
• Assisting with year‑end processes and external reporting requirements

• Part‑qualified or qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA), or qualified by experience
• Proven experience in a management accounting role
• Comfortable working in an onsite, operational setting
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
• Experience in logistics, transport or a similar operational sector would be beneficial but not essential

The role is based onsite in Felixstowe, five days per week, with some flexibility available.
