The Sales Associate is an entry-level position located at the Sears Part Store in Federal Way, WA. The role focuses on providing positive frontline customer contact, identifying and meeting customer needs, offering assistance and support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. It also requires clear communication to translate customer needs into solutions and the appropriate level of persuasiveness to close sales.
