Overview
Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner at Multi Care Health System, Indigo Urgent Care, Federal Way, WA, United States. This is a CORE, full-time position for the Federal Way Urgent Care Clinic.
Position details include:
Full Time: 14 shifts per month, schedules created two months in advance with team input, flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations. Compensation: earning potential of $200k+ as part of Indigo's market-leading total rewards.
Schedule:
8am-8pm.

Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join a highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position to support urgent care clinics. Providers are encouraged to work at the top of their license while having opportunities to lead and mentor peers. Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Schedule is created 2 months in advance.
Clinic location for float pool team members may vary. Same-day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances or callouts require coverage.
- Provide urgent care services as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner in a multi-site urgent care setting.
- Perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and X-ray reads; treat all ages; practice autonomously.
- Collaborate with a 5-star clinical team to deliver patient-centered care and a high-quality patient experience.
- Work on a team with leadership opportunities and peer support.
- Washington license (active/good standing) by time of employment.
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post-degree) in UC, ED, or FM setting.
- Required confidence in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously.
