Operations Manager, General Management
President – Trucking & Logistics
Federal Way, WA
Help shape the future of a transportation and logistics company poised for growth, with untapped potential and room to make a lasting impact. Our client has a solid regional footprint and a committed team, and they are for a President who loves turning potential into growth and performance.
This is a true build-and-optimize role. You’ll diagnose what’s working, fix what isn’t, and design the systems, processes, and accountability that scale across operations, compliance, marketing, HR, and finance. If you like pairing strategy with hands‑on execution, you’ll have the freedom to be creative, modernize the playbook, and see your ideas show up directly in the P&L.
And the upside is real. The owner has a history of being generous when the company wins, and this role is set up so the person who grows the bottom line shares in it. If you’re hungry to build, optimize, and profit from the results, this is your seat.
