ULMS is actively hiring Support Service Staff Lead for our Booker House/Federal Way Permanent Supportive Housing Site. The Support Service Staff Lead supports HTH residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space. This position is responsible for providing and/or assisting residents in accessing support services, community integration, life skill training, housing maintenance, transportation, and other needed services. As a Lead, this role is also instrumental in the on-boarding and training of new staff and provides backup support to the site manager(s) as needed.
This position will operate on the graveyard shift.
- 2 years of direct experience working with individuals who face challenges and barriers including homelessness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and write in standard English
- Demonstrates cultural competency and sensitivity to the needs of adults with multiple challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Experience in working with homeless individuals is strongly preferred
- Non-profit experience strongly preferred
- Medical – $11,176.08 per year
- Dental – $540 per year
- Vision – $65.04 per year

Workers Compensation Coverage – ~$436.80 - ~$3,993.60 per year (depending on class code)

Compensation: $27.50 - $29.88 per hour
