• Housekeeper duties include cleaning resident apartments and common areas throughout the community.

• Base Medical plan is 99% employer paid
• Dental, Vision and Life at the employees expense
• Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, ability to roll over a max of 56 hours)
• 6 paid holidays per year
• Paid day off for your birthday
• One week vacation after one year of employment, with an additional week beginning in year 2 and another week starting in the 47th month for a total of 3 weeks

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check if hired
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter, enthusiastic, dedicated, organized and looking for long-term employment
• Must have good communication skills; able to speak, read and write English well and able to accomplish daily cleaning tasks as assigned
• Experience in working with and caring for seniors is preferred
• Hardworking, passionate, enthusiastic, and kind with a genuine appreciation for seniors and a desire to work with seniors are encouraged to apply
