W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly:
To be a Full-time clinician, we require you to see on average 25 clients per week, and you can expect W2 earnings and a benefits package in the range of $72,000 to $90,000.

Stable Pay Structure:
Our pay model is a fixed hourly rate/ Salary model, based on 25 clinical sessions, which allows you to have peace of mind and stable biweekly pay.

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field from an accredited college or university
• Required experience with assessing and assigning diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time
• Comfort, familiarity, and willingness to work with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
