Our dream team of therapists will help us build something special, shape our culture, and make a real impact on our clients!

Regular clinical supervision is included as a benefit in this role; no need to pay for outside clinical supervision! Our goal is to develop therapists while serving our community. We offer stable hourly pay, paid bi-weekly, bringing stability and peace of mind to our clinicians.

W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly:
To be a Full-time clinician, we require you to see an average of 26 to 32 clients per week. You can expect a W‑2 earnings and benefits package in the range of $63,000 to $72,000.

Stable Pay Structure:
Our pay model is a fixed hourly rate model, and also offers a commission model based on 25 clinical sessions, which allows you to have peace of mind with biweekly pay.
