School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Federal Way, WA | 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you are a CF‑SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

• 0.8 and 1.0 FTE positions available
• K-12 caseload
• ASAP start date through the end of the ovni-26 school year
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship
