Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, including cleaning and inspecting equipment
• Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University, including training for certifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment with safety precautions
• Availability for scheduled shifts and participation in continuous education

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with equipment handling or maintenance
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered through employer)
• Interest in long-term career development within the moving and transportation industry
• Knowledge of U-Haul products and services
