As an Account Manager
, you’ll be the dedicated support partner for our in-house/current clients
, ensuring their service needs are met with consistency, professionalism, and care. You’ll coordinate internally with our operations and field teams to keep accounts running smoothly and customers confidently supported.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned in-house client accounts—responsive, professional, and solutions-focused
  • Coordinate service delivery by partnering with internal operations, scheduling, and field teams
  • Monitor account health and performance
    , identifying needs and ensuring service quality meets Fikes standards
  • Manage administrative account tasks including work orders, service tracking, reporting, and client documentation
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-through, and trust
  • Represent Fikes with integrity
