Facility Services Coordinator IIIThis position supports the operations of the Corporate Business Office (CBO) in a variety of facilities duties to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values. Specifically, duties may include vendor management, coordination of internal office moves, construction coordination, and project management. This position may serve teammates by providing safety resources, programs, and training to ensure the security of the CBO teammates and property, and assist with management the physical security and safety programs.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day facility services operations in a Central Business Office, which includes coordinating and management vendors. Respond to and resolve building maintenance issues, managing Service Now tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Assist is coordination of remodels, repairs, and maintenance activities with Facilities staff and contractors; provide oversight as needed. Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems. Provide support for special department projects, as needed.
Qualifications- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in corporate facilities, project management, construction coordination, and/or construction coordination.
- AV - testing all AV equipment bi-weekly. Assisting teammates with connecting to and using the video conferencing system in the conference rooms. Supplying and tracking loanable AV equipment. Conducting quarterly AV training meetings for teammates. Troubleshooting AV equipment and coordinating repairs.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail required.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Basic familiarity with MS PowerPoint preferred.
- Ability to lift minimum of 10 pounds to a maximum of 35 pounds unassisted; able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, lifting, and use full range of body motions.

The Wage Range for the role is $25.00 - $31.50/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year. Washington Non‑exempt:
Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour.
