• Assist with bookkeeping
• General ledger support
• Payroll support
• Troubleshooting and resolution of client accounting issues
• Effectively communicate as a client advocate.
• Provide quality client service in a timely and effective manner based on client needs.

• $50,000-$80,000 per year to start, DOE

• 5+ years of tax experience
• Attention to detail and organized
• Able to work in fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and technically capable of adapting to new software, including but not limited to Quick Books
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and the ability to contribute to and work within a team
• Problem solving
• Prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Reliable and dependable
• Timely and deadline-driven
• Strong communicator
• Motivated to learn and grow
