This position supports warehouse operations by preparing, staging and loading outgoing shipments with accuracy and care. The role ensures timely fulfillment of customer orders and helps maintain a clean, safe and efficient shipping environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a “team first” environment and has a passion for customer service.
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (early shift)
Responsibilities and Duties Shipping Operations- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup.
- Load delivery trucks safely and accurately according to route and order requirements.
- Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling and secure loading of all outgoing inventory.
- Assist with maintaining accurate shipping documentation and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, drivers and counter sales staff.
- Report shortages, damages or shipping delays to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
- Follow direction from warehouse leadership to maintain steady and accurate workflow.
- Keep staging and loading areas clean, organized and free of hazards.
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed, including stocking or receiving.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use equipment responsibly.
- Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends).

Requirements Required- Ability to work scheduled hours 6:30 am – 3:00 pm.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace.
- Experience in plumbing, irrigation or wholesale distribution environments.
- Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts or other material‑handling equipment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt during high‑volume periods.
- Dependable, team‑oriented work style.
