The Pilot is responsible for delivering a superior air transport experience with a safety record second to none on each flight. They represent Net Jets, providing technically accurate and safe transportation while delivering an exceptional service experience for every owner and passenger. They must maintain full command of the aircraft, uphold a professional demeanor, and work as a concierge service provider.

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, Net Jets Flight Operations Manual, and SOPs.
• Greet owners/passengers pre‑flight, introduce and brief them on flight details, provide weather updates and safety briefings, and explain itinerary changes.
• Deliver in‑flight services, including handling alcohol and catering.
• Load and properly stow baggage.
• Handle flights for owners with pets and those who smoke.
• Act as the final authority on aircraft operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
• Serve as liaison between owners/passengers and Net Jets from FBO arrival to final destination and departure.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center and complete related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 21+ years of age.
• FAA ATP (or meeting FAA ATP/Restricted ATP requirements) with multi‑engine rating.
• Flight time: 1,500 total hours (or specified lower totals with appropriate certifications) and 200 cross‑country (>50 nm) hours.
• 250 hours fixed‑wing PIC, 100 hours night flying (or equivalent) and 75 hours instrument time.
• 50 hours fixed‑wing, multi‑engine time; 200‑hour cross‑country, 250‑hour PIC, etc.
• Current FAA First‑Class Medical certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit and valid passport.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
• Flexibility for varying hours – day/night, weekdays/weekends/holidays; up to 14‑hour duties, multi‑zone travel, 7+ consecutive days away, stays in hotels.
• Ability to manage rest and work within FAA duty limits.
• Work with airport authority, US Customs, TSA background screening.
• Good English language fluency and strong oral/written communication.
• Service‑oriented, neat appearance, ability to make a positive impression, interact with passengers.
• Physical capabilities: lift up to 50 lb occasionally, 30 lb frequently, 10 lb constantly.
• Experience with animals and with smokers.
• Extremely flexible and adaptable to rapid changes.

High School diploma required.

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Restricted ATP (R‑ATP) with multi‑engine rating.
• First‑Class Medical Certificate.
