- Assist the Assistant Director of Fitness in overseeing the daily functions of the personal training program
- Supervise and manage a team of 10+ personal trainers, providing guidance and support
- Administer fitness programs and maintain accurate records related to program participation and staff schedules
- Foster a positive member experience through efficient service delivery
- Create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with colleagues
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Admission to a graduate degree program prior to employment
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 40 days of hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of collegiate recreation and fitness programming
- Current personal training and/or group fitness certification from an accredited fitness organization such as ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or NASM
- Experience working in a Campus Recreation setting as a student employee
- Experience in a leadership role within Campus Recreation
