Bass Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Fayetteville, NC. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering top-tier service and professionalism to our customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform service, maintenance, and repair on residential heating and cooling systems
Accurately diagnose HVAC issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
Complete preventative maintenance visits and system inspections
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
Properly document service work, parts used, and recommendations
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a clean and organized manner
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Qualifications2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent customer service and communication skills
