As a Drywall Repair/Finisher, you will play a key role in preparing surfaces for our painting projects and ensuring flawless results. You’ll work on residential and commercial projects, performing drywall repairs, finishing, and surface preparation to meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair damaged drywall, including patching holes, cracks, and dents.

• Install and finish drywall to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces.

• Tape, mud, and sand drywall joints for seamless results.

• Assess and prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion and finish quality.

• Collaborate with painters and other team members to complete projects on time.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drywall repair, installation, and finishing.

• Strong knowledge of drywall tools, materials, and techniques.

• Ability to produce smooth, high-quality finishes ready for painting.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent craftsmanship.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on ladders/scaffolding.
