Work Arrangement
On‑Site at Fort Liberty, NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to be available for immediate recall (1+ hours) in case of Command Directives.
Job OverviewThe Intelligence Report Officer will support multi‑disciplined intelligence reporting operations for USSOCOM.
Essential Functions- Formally serialize information and multi‑disciplined intelligence gleaned from collection platforms, HUMINT operations, tactical operations, exploitation operations, and captured enemy material (CEM).
- Work independently with no required oversight.
- Provide advice to leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and other items of interest.
- Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF task forces to enable the F3
EAD targeting cycle. - Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post‑screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts and threat analysis.

- Strong working knowledge of the current suite of available analytic and collection management tools, databases, and repositories.
- Strong mastery of written communications to edit and write reports.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- High School Diploma required.
- DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
- A minimum of six (6) years of intelligence, analytical, or investigative experience within the DoD or equivalent government agencies required, with four (4) years at the operational level.
- A minimum of two (2) years specialized experience and ability to demonstrate proficiency in preparing, editing, performing quality control on, and releasing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) to ensure all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that information meets defined reporting thresholds.
- In‑depth knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience highly desirable.
- DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
