Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure a well-kept parking lot and that carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with purchases and loading their vehicles; support creating a great member experience.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; respond to member questions and resolve concerns as needed.
• Support safety and operational procedures, including safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist with transporting items and organizing merchandise; ensure availability of carts/flatbeds.
• Promote company products and services and provide exceptional customer service across the club.

• Notify members about pickup times, explain alternatives if items are unavailable, and ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with payments and cash register transactions per policy; answer questions and guide purchasing decisions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of facilities; report hazards to management.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers to prioritize tasks and address issues promptly.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances.
