This is a contract role for a Local Real Estate Acquisition at Local Homes Buyers. We are looking for an experienced and hungry project manager focused on acquisition, boots on the ground, who will represent the company and be responsible for acquiring properties, negotiating deals, and managing the process until a contract has been signed. The project manager - acquisition will collaborate with property owners to ensure successful and personal relations.

After a contract is signed, the back office and dispositions team will take it from their hands so they can focus only on SALES and close as many deals as possible.

Mobility is required.
