RN Registered Nurse – Home Health (Sign-On Bonus $10K)

Salary $75,000 to $85,000 per year. Paid training and mileage reimbursement provided. Coverage area:

• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a plan of care.
• Makes referrals to other disciplines as appropriate.
• Promotes patient health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures.
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs.
• Completes documentation timely and accurately.
• Communicates patient progress to clinical manager and care team.
• Plans and provides staff education.
• Performs on‑call responsibilities for patients/families as assigned.
• Participates in clinical development and continuing education programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN); less than one year requires VP Clinical approval.
• Current RN license in the state of assignment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
• If less than 6 months of RN experience, participation in the RN Intern program is required.
