An Outpatient Specialty Clinic in North Carolina is looking to hire an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join their growing team. This role is Monday‑Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties.

• Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑5 pm, Friday 7:30 am‑12 pm (no call, no weekends)

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• DEA license (or eligible)
• Experience in pain management strongly preferred; will consider experience in spine, orthopedics, neurology or any relevant experience
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills are a must
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and follow‑up assessments for patients with chronic and acute pain
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage pain medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Educate patients on treatment options, medication use, and self‑management strategies
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records using EMR systems
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
