- Providing patient education on cardiac health
- Prescribing medications and developing treatment plans

This full‑time or part‑time role offers a salary of $95,000 - $120,000 annually, along with benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Candidates should have EMR experience (preferred) and hold certifications such as Certified Nurse Practitioner (preferred) or PA-C (preferred). The position involves in‑person work.
