Triple D’s Cleaning Service is hiring an experienced Floor Technician in the Fayetteville, NC area
. This position is open only to candidates with professional experience in floor care
, including machine operation, stripping, waxing, and buffing. Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered - please put your resume on file. Applicants MUST also have a personal vehicle and currently have a REAL .

• Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Operate and maintain commercial floor equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors, etc.).
• Vacuum and deep clean carpeted areas.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Work collaboratively with the custodial team to maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Respond to special cleaning requests and perform additional janitorial duties as needed.

• Must have prior experience as a floor technician.
• Skilled in operating floor machines and using appropriate cleaning products.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• This is a full-time, hourly position through Triple D’s Cleaning Service.
• Uniform and basic equipment training provided.
• Employment is contingent upon successful background screening.
