We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in cleaning to provide basic janitorial services in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will be dependable, thorough, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
.

Candidates must live in Fayetteville, NC.

• Hours:
  
  Between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Days:
  Up to 5 days/week (Monday – Friday)
• Flexible start based on client needs

• Using a customized client cleaning checklist, the technician will complete the following tasks to meet the quality standards established by The Dust Collectors
  :
• Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, and other surfaces
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, floors, mirrors, and fixtures in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens
• Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies in designated areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand-scrub floors using proper equipment
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins and dispose of contents properly
• Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and decorative fixtures
• Report safety or maintenance issues on the customer checklist
• Arrive on time, complete cleaning to standard, and ensure the building is secure upon departure
• Accommodate special customer requests when appropriate and document them properly
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures related to products, tools, and reporting of incidents

• At least 5 years of hands-on cleaning experience (commercial, residential, or hotel/housekeeping)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and ability to follow cleaning protocols
• Reliable transportation
