Pay RangeThis range is provided by Twenty First Services, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Each inspection pays $52–$63 and typically takes about an hour. The position is 1099 and schedule at your own pace within a 20‑day time frame. Pay is sent twice per month on the 15th and last working day of the month.
Payment is issued following the business day via ACH or check.
- Contact inspection, complete an interview, schedule an onsite appointment.
- Provide photographs and diagrams of the location, then submit your findings on our website.
- Reliable transport.
- Computer with high‑speed internet.
- Digital camera.
- All training will be provided but pertinent work history is favored.
