A well-functioning Airborne ISR Operations center is critical to enable the DoW to achieve their missions, but how can an organization make sure their network and systems will support their no-fail mission? Proactive response and predictive mitigation, with the right equipment and sof tware. That’s why we need you, an experienced Network and Systems Administrator with an operational mindset who knows what it takes to provide the best capab ility to our warfighters.

As a Network and Systems Administrator on our team, you'll use your experience in support of a mission critical global C2

ISR Infrastructure to enable sensor data transport. Under broad direction, you will upgrade and expand network-wide infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, analyze current working infrastructure, and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical systems.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will influence team members, the customer, and vendors to define, analyze, and provide solutions for the customer’s sensor data transport requirements. Your knowledge will come in handy as you optimize client operations and support modernization.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with a Network Operations Center or Service Desk supporting customers in a technical environment
• Experience with virtual applications, including VMware vSphere, v Center , or ESXi
• Experience with network administration or network engineering, including leveraging monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools, and configuring and installing network devices and services such as routers and switches
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in systems administration, or 7+ years of experience in systems administration in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M or DoDM 8140.03 Certification such as Security+ Certification within 30 days of start date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with VMWare NSX
• Experience with developing standard operating procedures ( SOPs ) , quick reference guides, and training materials
• Experience with root-cause analytic tools to measure article performance, deflection rates, and usage met rics
• Knowledge of Gem One and KG
• Ability to analyze ticket trends and propose knowledge gaps or process improvement
