Bass Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced and organized Lead Dispatcher to oversee daily dispatch operations and support our service team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient scheduling, exceptional customer service, and smooth coordination between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

The Lead Dispatcher is responsible for managing the dispatch function, optimizing technician schedules, and serving as a point of leadership for the dispatch team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

• Lead and support daily dispatch operations for service technicians
• Create, manage, and optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer scheduling concerns
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure accurate job information is entered and maintained in the dispatch system
• Coordinate with service managers and field leadership to meet operational goals
• Train, mentor, and support dispatch team members
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
• Assist with reporting, workload balancing, and workflow improvements

• Prior dispatch experience required; HVAC or home services industry experience strongly preferred
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with dispatching software and scheduling systems
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
