JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a part time licensed IDD/MH/SA Therapist to provide clinical assessment, treatment, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health diagnoses, and Substance Use Disorders. This role delivers person-centered, trauma‑informed, and recovery‑oriented care in compliance with NC DHHS and The Joint Commission standards.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed approaches) Deliver crisis intervention and support stabilization when needed Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related clinical field.

- Active NC license or provisional license (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LCAS, LCASA, or Psychologist).
