We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and shape our clinical programs. This pivotal role combines leadership, mentorship, and hands-on clinical expertise to ensure quality service delivery and client success.

Role Overview

As BCBA, you will oversee the implementation and supervision of ABA services, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Success in this role means driving measurable client progress, maintaining high clinical standards, and cultivating a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervision: Supervise the delivery of ABA services, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and train Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and graduate students to promote professional growth and quality service delivery.
  • Client-Centered Care: Monitor treatment plans, data accuracy, and compliance to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Family Advocacy: Partner with families to coordinate care, provide training, and advocate for client needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • BCBA experience.
  • BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Proven expertise in supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
  • A passion for delivering client-centered, evidence-based care.
