Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fayetteville clinic. This is a 100% in-clinic role providing clinical oversight, assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and family support within a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome and fully supported.
What You’ll Do- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Oversee client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical observation
- Provide ongoing supervision and coaching to RBTs/BTs
- Deliver caregiver training to support skill generalization
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with BACB, Medicaid, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and clinical team members to ensure high-quality, ethical care
This is a full-time, exempt position. BCBAs are expected to maintain a Monday–Friday schedule and complete all necessary clinical, supervisory, documentation, communication, and administrative responsibilities.
The 27 billable hours per week target reflects the minimum billable productivity requirement and does not represent a 27-hour workweek
. Full-time duties include both billable and non-billable responsibilities.

- Clinic-based ABA experience (not required — new BCBAs encouraged to apply)
- 100% clinic-based
- Frequent movement, bending, and engagement with clients
- Ability to respond safely during escalations following safety protocols
