Position: Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fayetteville, NC clinic. This role is designed for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about high‑quality ABA services, mentorship, and supporting both clients and clinical teams.

The Senior BCBA plays a key role in clinical oversight, supervision, and collaboration with leadership to ensure ethical, effective, and consistent ABA programming. This position goes beyond direct casework and includes mentorship of BCBAs and RBTs, clinical problem‑solving, and contributing to overall clinic success.

This is a full‑time, salaried, exempt position with a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary and performance‑based bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA programming
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff
  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing program modification
  • Ensure ABA services meet ethical standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with clinic and operations leadership on clinical initiatives
  • Support staff development, training, and clinical quality assurance
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and compliance standards
Requirements
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong experience providing ABA services to children with autism
  • Prior experience mentoring, supervising, or supporting other clinicians preferred
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while supporting team development

  • Competitive base salary plus performance‑based bonus
  • Total annual compensation potential: $95,000–$110,000
    , based on experience and performance
