SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!

Enjoy incredible work-life balance with a highly flexible schedule. This role includes 3–4 days per week in clinic or school settings and 1–2 days providing virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision, paperwork, and telehealth services
. Full-time and part-time options available.

Compensation can be structured as Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate
, based on your preference.

Compensation

• $35 per 30-minute session

• $70 per evaluation (Negotiable)

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cole Pediatric Therapy, You Will:

• Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team

• Conduct engaging, client-centered assessments

• Develop and implement fun, effective therapy plans

• Make a lasting impact by helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• Pediatric speech therapy experience (internships, CF, or licensed)

• North Carolina SLP license

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• A passion for changing lives through communication
