Home Choice is seeking a Personnel Care Assistant to provide loving, personal care in our clients' homes.
- As a loving caregiver, you will assist with the activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, toileting hygiene, and mobility/transferring.
- Our goal is to help our clients remain in their homes so they can be happy and thrive.

- Hiring Immediately. Great shift in client's home.
- Shifts 5 days a week.
- Monday – Friday; start time between 11:00 am and 2:45 pm.
- Once the application is completed, call .
- Negative TB test read (or willing to get one).
- /DL and Social Security card or birth certificate.

- Dependable.
