Job Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri; 40 hrs per week)

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 per year (based on experience)

Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $20,000 available

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the State of North Carolina is required.
• CPR and first‑aid certification required.
